I started working in healthcare as an STNA at 16. From there I went to Nursing school and now I have over 25 years of nursing experience, 20 of it was in a hospital setting.  

I came to SOAR so I could work with my family and learn the business as well as being able give back to my community. 

My favorite part of working here is our individuals! I love being able to help them meet their goals and seeing them smile. 

Best advice I could give is to always lead with your heart, always assume positive intent and base your decisions off facts, not stories. 

I’ve been married to my husband, Matt, for 20 years, and we have one daughter - Shyann.  I enjoy camping, watching my husband and daughter race, and being a volleyball mom!  I also love being "Aunt B" to my nephews (and all my bonus kids!)
