Our Vision & Mission

Southern Ohio Adventures Recreation, LLC (SOAR) was started for the purpose to serve adult individuals with disabilities in Southeast Ohio.

SOAR’s staff is dedicated to treating our clients with the utmost respect and proving to them they are a valued member of our society. We will strive to make a difference in their lives, as they do ours.

Our staff has been hand-selected for their strength in the art of working with the disabled.
